The process of the can-washer Multiclean-WDW-55-4 is built on aqueous, in general weak alkaline cleaners and following rinsing with DI-water. This washer type come to the application e.g. at the inside cleaning of extrusted aluminium cans. The following coating process demands the highest surface cleanliness.
The cans will be cleaned by spraying and finally dried with hot air. Fully automatic process regulation/supervision as well as the synchronization of the chain by servo-drives being part of the standard equipment.
The complete plant construction is manufactured of high-quality high-grade steel (INOX). This plant-type stand out due to its using luxury as well as its exceptionally high availability and economy. |

| In special cases it can be meaningful to interpret the can cleaning as a solvent process. Processes based on non-halogenated hydrocarbons are as possible as CHC processes by means of Perchlorethylen (encapsulated plant with activated carbon modul). |
